I need an EMT for my game this weekend, can you make that happen?
We probably can! While most of our availability is booked 1-3 months in advance, we do our best to accommodate requests for quality sports medical coverage on short notice. However, to maintain our high standards of service, we have strict limits on the number of events we take on at a time. This ensures that each client receives the best possible care and attention. If your event requires last-minute coverage, give us a call at 763-297-1650, and we’ll let you know if our team can fulfill your request.
What can I expect from your medics on event day?
Arrival & Setup: Smith EMS medics arrive 30 minutes before your event begins, fully prepared with signage, uniforms, and all necessary materials to keep your athletes safe. They follow a strict uniform policy to ensure they are easily identifiable and ready to assist.
Game Time: During the event, our medics remain attentive and proactive, monitoring athletes, coaches, and spectators to address any medical needs as they arrive in a swift and professional manner.
Departure: After the event concludes, our medics will wrap up any final patient care and advisement, ensuring a seamless wrap-up and offering to assist with your needs prior to leaving.
